Unless anything else is agreed, all our commissions are carried out according to NSAB2015, or (for shipments within Sweden) - Alltrans2007

These agreements are restrictive in their refunding terms.
For higher valued items please make sure you have a proper insurance in place or ask us about our unique full value insurance
